On the morning of Friday, 14 November 2025, Ms. Chea Bopha, Program Coordinator, representing Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL), attended the 2nd meeting which prepare for the 27th National Day of Persons with Disabilities and the 43rd International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2025 at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation.
The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Neth Un, Deputy Secretary General, representing His Excellency Ung Sambath, Secretary General and Permanent Member of the Disability Action Council.
During the 2nd meeting to prepare for the 27th National Day of Persons with Disabilities and the 43rd International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2025, the discussion focused on:
1. Arrangements for mobilizing persons with disabilities to participate.
2. Preparation of exhibition booths.
3. Organizing artistic performances by persons with disabilities.
The meeting was attended by leaders and officers of MoSVY, development partners, organizations, associations, the private sector, persons with disabilities, and other relevant stakeholders which is a total of 35 participants.
